This is a once in a life time unique 5 course beer dinner not to be missed! Jordan makes some of the best sour beers that we've tried. He was the original head brewer of the world famous Jester King Brewery in Austin Texas and has been with Trois Dames for the last 2 years making some mind blowing sours. Come join us for some amazing food inspired by his incredible beers.
